ey have really been excellent with their recommendations and advice. Extremely thorough with their planning. We already had an idea of what we wanted to see/do, the classics: Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Saigon and then 4-5 days beach rest before travelling home. We had already self booked international flights. We dealt with Rohit, he spoke very good English and was fast and efficient with his responses. Communication was very good using emails and primarily whatsapp and facetime calls. We had 19 days at our disposal and he advised us on how long we should stay in each place. Through his we decideded on the tours based on the various options they had available. he organised the internal flights based on our needs and private car transport from/to hotels and airport. Honestly apart from booking international flights and hotels which we wanted to do ourselves he took care of everything else! They were constantly available through whatsapp for any query we might have, really excellent service for a pretty much stress-free holiday. Considering this was our first holiday in south-east asia and not having had any experience in the region this really was great. The tours we organised with them were: Hanoi Tour (fun and efficient way to get round to the main sights) Ninh Binh! Ha Long Bay 2 night cruise on a boat called Athena, if I remember correctly (this was amazing and I really would recommed 2 nights if you have the time, you see and experience the place so much more). Hue City tour. Hoi An Village cycling tour Mekong Delta day tour. Had a really fantastic time in Vietnam and there are places we would certainly love to revisit, this wonderful experience was certainly due to the efficient organisation and support offered by Unexplored Trip's Travel Agency (Rohit-you were wonderful).
